Classes and Personal Training
MyoFit
MyoFit introduces you to class-based weight lifting using Performance-Based Interval Training. MyoFit is an integrated class designed for general fitness and weight management goals. Classes consist of 25-30 minutes of strength training using barbells and free weights and 20-25 minutes of cardiovascular training using the AirDyne Pro fan bike. Each member is assigned a dedicated lifting rack with three different bars. The first 10-15 minutes of each session includes detailed instructions for each exercise in the workout. All exercises are tailored to individual ability. It is recommended that you attend 6-10 classes before moving to the Advanced Class. Even experienced barbell lifters should attend MyoFit to learn the training system.
MyoFit Advanced
MyoFit Advanced is for individuals who are comfortable with barbell lifting and Performance-Based Interval Training. The Advanced class adds exercises and moves faster than the MyoFit class. Classes consist of 25-30 minutes of strength exercise using barbells and free weights and 20-25 minutes of cardiovascular exercise using the AirDyne Pro fan bike. Each member is assigned a dedicated lifting rack with three different bars. The first 5-10 minutes of each session includes warmup and workout instruction. All sessions are tailored to individual ability.
MyoControl
MyoControl is a low-to-moderate intensity block training class using your body weight and fitness bands. MyoControl combines the most effective whole-body stability exercises used by both physical therapists and high-performance athletic trainers into one class. The 50-minute class uses bands to increase whole-body stability during balancing movements and improve abdominal and lower back strength. The MyoControl class complements MyoFit, MyoStrong, and MyoBuild by increasing your range-of-motion and core coordination during complex and compound lifts.
 
Personal Training

Personal training sessions are 55-minute one-on-one appointments. All training sessions are tailored to the specific goals of the client. Our trainers have experience working with a variety of populations from post-rehabilitation, new-to-training, and youth sports all the way to national-level athletes and physical performance professionals. Our instructors are certified in a number of fields including Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS),  Performance-Based Interval Master Instructor (P-BIT), Ultra-Short Race Training (USRPT), and USA Water Polo Coaching. 

MyoStrong
MyoStrong is a high-intensity strength class for individuals who want to improve their maximum strength or increase muscle activation for MyoFit and MyoBuild. MyoStrong uses an advanced Performance-Based Interval Training method to increase the volume of high-intensity repetitions performed in a workout. The 50-minute class primarily uses barbells and free weights. A small amount of cardiovascular training is included. Each class includes compound exercises for most major lifts.
MyoBuild
MyoBuild is a bodybuilding-style class for individuals who want to increase muscle size or increase muscle definition. MyoBuild uses an advanced Performance-Based Interval Training method to rapidly achieve muscle building goals. The 50-minute class primarily uses barbells and free weights. A small amount of cardiovascular training is included. Each class includes isolation and compound movements for most major muscle groups.
