Fitness Classes with MyoFit
MyoFit introduces you to class-based weight lifting using Performance-Based Interval Training. Classes consist of 50 minutes of strength training using barbells and free weights and cardiovascular training using the AirDyne Pro fan bike. Each member is assigned a dedicated lifting rack with three different bars. The first 10-15 minutes of each session includes detailed instructions for each exercise in the workout. All exercises are tailored to individual ability.
