Personal Training and Sports Performance

Personal Training sessions are 50-minute one-on-one appointments. All training sessions are tailored to the specific goals of the client.
Personal Training services include:
– Accountability and sticking to a workout plan
– GLP-1/GIP fitness programs
– Pre-Partum strength training
– Post-Partum rehabilitation training
– Strength for runners
– Learn to lift and prevent injury

 

Ryan has been coaching athletes for over 20 years and is a Strength Coach, GLP-1 Fitness Professional, Certified USRPT Swimming Coach, and USA Water Polo Coach.
He has worked with collegiate athletes at San Diego State University, The University of Arizona, Duke University, and UNC-Chapel Hill. He is also a 20-year military veteran.
