– $120 FOR FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT SESSIONS

Is Myo Recovery™ covered by insurance?

– Yes. We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance. This means that you will be provided with a superbill and or health claim form for you to file.
– Payment is due at the time of the visit. Most insurance companies reimburse 30-80% of the cost of PT services.
– We also take HSA and FSA plans.
