Personal Training Appointments
Personal training sessions are 50-minute one-on-one appointments. All training sessions are tailored to the specific goals of the client. Our trainers have experience working with a variety of populations from post-rehabilitation, new-to-training, and youth sports all the way to national-level athletes and physical performance professionals. Our instructors are certified in a number of fields including Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), Performance-Based Interval Master Instructor (P-BIT), Ultra-Short Race Training (USRPT), and USA Water Polo Coaching.
